Did you know that there are more than 750 bee species native to the eastern U.S.? Native bees are only just becoming a significant part of the "save the bees" discussion, despite playing a more critical pollinator role in our local ecosystems than non-native honeybees. Join us as Samantha Nestory of Stoneleigh: a natural garden teaches us about the fascinating lives of some of our most vital and interesting native bees, how to identify them, and how we can support them in our own gardens.
